Positive OPK after HSG but no ovulation

Hi, I had my HSG on CD9 and it was awful. I usually O on CD 13 or 14, however last month, I took EPO and ended up O'ing on CD 15. This month, I used an OPK and didn't get a positive until CD 13, however now I'm on CD 16 and still no O. I usually have very clear O pains, plus I'm temping this month. No pain, and no temp rise. Anyone else have this problem, or anyone have any insight on what may be the issue? I've never had an anovulatory cycle before, and I'm afraid we may be out this month which sucks because they cycle you have an HSG is supposedly your best shot. :(
