To increase you progesterone levels also try this recipe: wall nuts (as many as you wish) mixed with natural dark cocoa powder 1-2 table spoons, 1 table spoon of home made ghee, 1 table spoon of genuine honey, 2 table spoons of 100% tahina from sesame seeds, sesame seeds, 5-6 almond seeds, 3 table spoons of sunflower raw seeds, 100% genuine peanut butter 2 table spoons. It's like a natural sneakers cream. You have to eat this every day around your period. For the first time in maybe forever I had fewer cramps on my period and instead of five days it lasted only for 3 days. I was not looking for this effect but this is what happened to me.On the fifth and forth day I was not even spotting. I made up this recipe after I read which food contain substances that help the production of progesterone. This food can be taken also after ovulation to sustain the pregnancy. If only I could have read this 3 weeks ago...Also eat lots of banana. Sometime I mix banana with cocoa powder, wall nuts and honey. Also very tasty!
