I don't know how you can measure when implantation occurs. There was a study I read about spotting in early pregnancy which found that it didn't correlate with implantation at all, but they didn't give their methods for working out implantation! Cramping can occur whether or not implantation has. "Implantation dips" can also occur whether or not you are pregnant so are probably not related. So if you can tell me how to tell then I would love to know!
