I personally haven't tried yet. Been ttc since Dec. My sister got her bfp yesterday. First month ttc used preseed and soft cups. I'm not sure what days she used them I know she wasn't temping just used an app on her phone and guessed best she could to cover every other day before and after predicted O. :)

You too hun! I should be 1 dpo today if I don't get my bfp this month I will be trying it as well :)
