5dpo fallback rise or anovulatory month?!

Hi, I'm new to charting and my bbt seems a bit erratic. I got a +opk 21 sept with watery cm. Saw small temp rise from 97.5 to 98.0 sept 25. Temp stayed around 98 for three days but then dropped down to 97.66 today (28th - estimated 5dpo).
Have a look at my chart if you'd like.
Is this likely a fallback rise? Or do you think I didn't ovulate this month since there's no clear spike in bbt?
