Singleton after twins.

First month trying to conceive a singleton after a twins. I have fraternal twin girls aged 18 months and am really hoping for a single baby, boy or girl.

I am scared of having more twins, since I didn't have any fertility drugs, so am more likely to get them again than an average person.

Any advice on getting a singleton after twins? My OBGYN says there is nothing I can do, but reassured me that most people with "spontaneous twins" have singletons afterwards, so I should be okay.

Anyone get 2 sets of twins. Please no. I love my daughters dearly, but really feel like I missed out on a lot by having twins, which is why I want a single baby!
