ttc after Nexplanon implant

Hi everyone, I'm new to this site and I was wondering if anyone could help. I had a Nexplanon implant removed at the end of august 2015, I had a very light period/spotting a week later, ovulated the week after that and had intercourse on the day of ovulation, now 4 weeks after intercourse I still haven't had a period but I've also done 3 hpt all negative but definitely been having some symptoms like a heavy feeling in my tummy, sensitive nipples, food aversion i.e. chocolate needing to pee more and lower back pain. I'm just wondering if you think I could be pregnant and if not how long should I wait before getting checked out
