Many Positive HPT's - Negative Dr. Test; HELP!!

I just went to my doctor to "confirm" my pregnancy. I was shocked, completely, when he told me it came back negative. My last period was August 7th, so I know it's early, but I had positive tests up until this morning. I just had blood work done so will be able to see results online soon, but I am heartbroken. I want to cry but at the same time my mind is telling me this isn't true. What is going on? Is it just to early to tell?? I "feel" pregnant. Im at a loss.

If you feel pregnant and your period did not come don't panic, it is bad for the baby. Wait a little longer. Some pregnant woman, many of them, don't even have enough pregnancy hormone until the 15th or 20th week of pregnancy. Try another home pregnancy test in the morning, if you had that before and it came out positive. Maybe it was something wrong with your blood analyses. Stay calm and follow your feelings. Sometimes the woman knows better. Although your hospital pregnancy test came out negative, you can make an ultrasound and spot the pregnancy, if it is there, without knowing anything else like the state of the developing baby or other characteristics, if you are very early in pregnancy. Your doctor can spot the baby implanted. Also, try another hospital.
