No AF and no BFP either :(

This is our first month trying to conceive, so we are new at this :)

This month has been a hectic month for me, as pains in my left (pelvic region) have not stopped over two good months now...had ultrasounds, blood and urine work done, everything all clear....but something is different this month....AF is 5 days late, I'm never late and always get cramps and sore BB's a week before hand, nothing this month...I've also had the flu this month...so maybe period I'd delayed due to that (but has never delayed before when I've been sick), other then having a stuffy nose and a dry cough, I'm healthy...

But I'm still not sure why my period is late and I'm getting BFN's...

If we are pregnant...I'd be 4 weeks and 3 days today...could HCG levels be very low at this point ?
