Very faint colored lines after miscarriage

I surprisingly found out I was pregnant last month after spotting for two weeks straight. After two weeks of spotting, I begin bleeding heavily with what I assumed to be tissue coming out. After a few days I decided to go to the emergency room where I found out I was either finishing up a miscarriage or had a tubal pregnancy because my HCG level was only 55. Three days later it went down to an 30 and I was told to do a urine test in two weeks just to guarantee everything was good and miscarriage was complete.

I took the urine test two days ago and its negative but oddly a faint straight colored line shows up on every test I take after a few hours. I had my friend take a test to see if I was receiving an evap line but she didn't receive the same faint colored line... She had something there but it was not light purple and not a straight line. Her's appeared to be a true evap line.

Is it possible for HGC levels that dropped from 55 to 30 in just 3 days to still be present over 15 days later?

Sorry. :( But yes it's totally possible for hcg to linger like that. With my first loss, it took weeks and weeks for my hcg to get down. Like it jumped down a lot at first and then veeeery slowly. My doctor tested my hcg back down to zero. Maybe you could ask for another blood draw? Or just keep testing until that line doesn't show anymore.

*hugs*
