I'm 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I have no symptoms. Should I be worried??

From what I've heard, pregnancy symptoms are different for everyone and even every pregnancy. Some people have mild to no symptoms at all while others have a really rough time and are sick constantly.

As long as you're monitoring your pregnancy with your doctor, I wouldn't be too worried. There's always a chance that they could sneak up on you at any moment. So enjoy the symptom-free pregnancy while you can. :)
