confused

On cd 14 I had a peak clear blue easy advance ovulation test but the answer ovulation test didn't show lines on it at all, my cycles are irregular and I'm still not sure when I ovulate, I had a reversal done in may and my period was the day before and I've had positive opk every month since the surgery, but only just had another period on August 10. So I started bbt chart this month but I'm so confused.
