Confusing symptoms....pls share if anyone is going thru same

Hiiiii all.lovely ladies
Just a lil history....mc in mar...d n e in may...ttc#1 now
My cycle started 2 aug...aftr bd i had dull pain n pulling in right abdomial evrywhr...frm v to pelvic bone to navel to ribs..even thigh at times...but it turned out to be some kind a swelling ..so doc recommended antibiotics
I hv symptoms like swelling of nipples...they are so full n sore many times but for a while only...throat so sore dont want to gulp or chew...
I knw my body..had same thing with nipples last time
Anyone with similar story pls share...keep my hopes up
