some spotting, nervous :(

So I am 10 dpo, at about 8dpo I noticed some light brown spotting, 9 dpo (maybe tmi) I had a pretty bad cramp and a actual bloodclot, and this morning woke up with very minimal spotting. On 9dpo my symptoms all kind of went away. But today they feel like they are coming back, some mild heartburn, tenderness in breast, and my back is feeling horrible. I feel really naseous & a headache. I was upset yesterday when I noticed the blood was red but, now I almost feel like I'm still in. I'm not going to do a PT until 4/25. Has anyone else ever had this issue of bleeding? & got a I know it's not my AF because then It'd be regular & constant.
