Opk question

I got my first positive opk on the 19th, on the 20th I didn't have anymore opks so I didn't test, but then yesterday I got more and took one and it was positive again. Today the opk was negative. So do I base my ovulation off the first opk? I'm not charting my bbt but I do check my cervix and yesterday it was high and soft. Did I ovulate yesterday is that why the opk was positive?

I've always been told (including manufacturer instructions) to take the first ever Positive as the +ve. You could have tested +ve all 3 days CD19-CD21 which is normal. As long as you BD'd around that time, you're covered :) And also BD in the lead up to CD19. Good luck hun xx
