temp keeps rising?

Hi,

So I have been recording my temperature,

I am 1DPO and my temperature is higher then it was yesterday which was my ovulation day,

Also I have had mild cramps all day which feel like AF is on it's way but I only came off my period last week so I am a little confused,

Does anyone know what's going on?

Your temp will be low the day of ovulation. It spikes the day after. Some women don't get to see such a spike so congrats on the obvious sign of O! Also it's possible to cramp several days before and after O so those are completely normal and associated with O.

Thank you for your response,

I have a clear understanding of BBT's now.

I ovulated on cycle day 14 which my temp was 37C, CD 15 was 37.1C then it dropped om CD 16 and today it has risen to 37.5C, and today I have been feeling a little off ish, is that a sign of ovulation coming to an end or that's a good sign for TTC?
