Does Prozac mess with your cycle?

I recently started Prozac on Aug 4 and was due to get AF on the 10. I am 4 days late and negative pregnancy test except for a faint positive after the 10 min mark but it might have been an evap line. I felt sharp pains on July 25 that could have been ovulation or implantation. I am so anxious and nervous. My nipples have been sore for a little over a week so I thought for sure AF was coming. I've been extra tired lately too. I am not usually late so does Prozac mess with your cycle?
