really confused is this early AF or is this early symptoms?

ok so im 18 and im really confused...my last PD was on the 3rd of march, it was a very short PD though, it literally lasted 3 days. and every day it got lighter ad lighter, and it was there for like 2 hrs then went away out of no where. since then I have had a blood test done, and it was neg and today (the 27th) my doctor did a pee test and that was a BFN too...I am 11 DPO today, and my whole back is KILLING me! my boobs are too the point where I cant even wear my bra because they hurt so bad, I have serious PD like cramps for the past week, but no bleeding except for some after sex with my bf yesterday (the 26th) and it hasn't come back since, and i am so exhausted like i can barely keep my eyes open...i feel like i could sleep all day and still be so tired.....I am honestly freaking out because I have no clue what is going on.....am I pregnant and just testing too early or is this just AF showing up early??? I need opinions!!!!!!!!!!
