Tiredness

Hello everyone,

Just wandering if ovulation made anyone else tired before?

I'm on my first cycle using soy isoflavones and it's been so different than when I wasn't taking anything.

I had two days with some sort of tapping near my ovaries lol I was so convinced I was ovulating then I had nothing for two days lol then yesterday I was really tired woke up around 1am and was tired again by about 5pm, I also experienced a bbt rise and ewcm yesterday.

Today woke up about 12 and by 2pm I'm feeling tired again, enough to sleep.

Anyone else experience this?

I know it's too soon for implantation since I'm either 1dpo or 3dpo so it is surely ovulation? Iv never felt ovulation before it wasn't painfull but last night I felt a pulling like sensation down there aswell lol
