neg blood test and hpt but prego

Has anyone ever have a negative blood test in a negative pregnancy test but later find out that they are pregnant after having implantation spotting and other symptoms

I had my period February 2nd in February 22nd I have a 20 day cycle which is short and I ovulate right after my cycles light light spotting March 5th and I've been having twinges since the beginning of February I also have sharp shooting pains in my cervix area after intercourse but negative blood test and negative HPT if I conceived on any of these cycles I will be 6 weeks or either 3 weeks pregnant
