Had my midcycle today and had 1 nice follicle. It was 28 mm and linings was 9.7. Triggering in a half hour and I am totally nervous! IUI is Sunday morning. Please let this work! This is the last IUI our RE will do (it's my fourth).

TTC - I'm glad the trigger shot wasn't so bad and your follicle size sounds great. I hope this is all you need to get your sticky BFP.

AFM - IUI was done yesterday morning. I'm relieved to have had it done but My temp spiked for the 3rd day in a row confirming my O date was Wednesday. I think I missed my window. I'm on day 6 of "high fertility" on my OPKs, which has never happened before. I usually do 2-3 days of high fertility before I get my peak. Last month my OPKs were weird too. I got two different peaks.
So that being said before I did the IUI I had a nice chat with the doctor who was going to be doing it. Nothing like sitting there half naked and having a calm discussion with the doctor about what you should be doing next. He said I'm a good candidate for extra monitoring and a trigger shot. Since DH and I are so young he said they would do up to 6 cycles of Clomid and IUI. He's going to put in a refill for it and if I start my next cycle I'm to call and book an ultrasound for CD 12. I'm hoping this is all it will take. I really liked this doctor. He listened to me and didn't brush off my concerns. So once again I have hope.

TTC, glad the shot wasn't bad for you. That's a great sized follicle you have there ma'am! :) best of luck!!

Margie, sorry to hear you believe you missed the window, but excited for you that you like your RE and feel that you have a good plan going forward for this! That a huge step in all this!

To answer your question, Margie, from the July board, we will do a 5 day transfer. Praying most (ok all) of our eggs make it that far!

Hello ladies!!! Checking in from vacation!! The Bahama's is absolutely beautiful, we love it here and have been to the Atlantis many times as my parents have a time share.

Cate and While: Glad both your ultrasounds went well!

Shan: Congrats on your BFP! Can't wait to here about your beta.

AFM: I cheated and tested this morning at 7dp3dt and got BFN. Hubby doesn't know and I'll try and wait two more days before testing again. Trying to remain positive and telling the little beans to stick as we have none frozen and not sure we can afford another full cycle. I know it's too early to count myself out and I've had some slight twinges and cramps the past few days. Who knows... I just keep praying.
