My vaginal temps this month are really erratic, but so much can effect your temps either way. Having alcohol, not getting 3 hrs sleep before temping, temping at a different time. Temping just an hour later for me causes a jump in temps, and even if I got 3 hrs sleep, temping too early causes my temps to be too low. If you are fighting an infection your temps could be higher too. And yes, not getting the thermometer in the same way can effect it. If you want, post a link to your charts and I can take a look. Not that I am an expert by any means. :)

I dont drink, ive actually slept more this week then any other week! About 8 hours each night. I tale it every morning at 7am. Ive been temping for four years, just so sick of my oral erratic temps that i thpught i would try vaginal temps. First three days were perfect, like almost flat temps. The. Foday it went from 97.49 to 98.81! Im kinda hoping i ovulated. On my oral temp it went from 96.69 to 97.45 so thats not really post o material. But i have a lot of things affecting my oral temps. Sleeping woth mouth open. No blankets when i wake up and my entire body is freezing and my mouth wide open. Lol let me try to post a link to my charts.
