Pregnant with no hcg in urine???

So it is now CD51, and I'm not sure exactly when I ovulated as i only started temping on CD30 but it must be at least 21dpo by now and likely more. I have been getting hip and back aches, a lot more heartburn and indigestion than usual, my breasts look slightly bigger and nipples are very sensitive with a little cloudy discharge a couple times. I need to pee more often than usual and I've got increased cm for this whole three weeks. If you look at my BBT chart on my page, you see i had a temp drop two weeks ago when i was due AF and then a rise, temp has stayed consistently high since. But today hpt is another BFN!!!

So, does anyone have any idea what on earth is going on?! I've got a doctor's appointment on Thursday but of course I'm obsessing a bit just now. Could I be pregnant but not passing hcg into my urine? Could this be a phantom pregnancy? Any suggestions at all would be really helpful!
