What is ferning?

Its to measure the oestrone levels, its a micro scope hun.

It works well with BBT and opk because then you have 3 back ups...aswel as checking your own body.. CM & Cervix etc..
I found it difficult at first but you get into it at the end of the month lol.

hi everyone,i am 43 and ttc #4,i have a 13,11 and 6 year old,i had a miscarriage march last year and one 4 weeks ago,i have started taking CoQ10 to improve my eggs,it takes 3 months to kick in.Has anyone else used it and was it effective?

No, haven't tried COQ10. only second month of TTC for me.. I think I will have a read up on it though.

Any updates this morning?

I have some mild cramping/pressure...

sore boobs and that is about it, oh and my temps went back up, hope its a good sign.

I had a wonderful blessed night and woke up this morning to A very high temp.
I am now 9dpo I too am feeling cramping and pressure. Its almost like my uterus is sore. My boobs are not hurting as much as before. But my nipple are still sensitive. In 5 more days I will be testing.

Not long to go now hunni xx

good morning again ladies,

hope you are all doing well, had a great sleep last night but woke up shattered and couldn't go back to sleep. everyone is in bed still and I have been up for hours.

On a plus side the sun is high in the sky and shining bright.
I think a nice walk with the DH is on the cards today and a nice roast dinner.
