went to a new doctor today. he was the best!!!!
Finally i have a doctor with some strategy not the usual "it is your age, eggs are not fresh give it a few months and try an iff"

I ll have to DTD sunday and then monday he is going to take sample from cervix to see if there are sperms alive and my CM. (there is actually one word for it but i cannot find an english translation)

he thinks my progesterone levels need a boost and he also wants to check that my luteal phase is long enough for the egg to grow properly.

he is a gyno but specialised in female endocrinology and fertility issues.

Has anyone checked there luteal phase and blah blah blah?

Sounds like some good news, at least you know you are going forward now.

My luteal phase ranges from 12-13 days.
mostly 12 days but 2 out of 7 months it has been 13 days.

as long as it is over 10 days it should be good, whats your luteal phase hun? xx

Nope BFP here! Have an appointment with my RE on Monday! He is a lovely man. Will see what he says from there???? Have to be honest though, going in to see the DR always boosts my blood pressure 10 points and makes me want to cry! I'm such a baby!!! LOL Merenda good luck with your Dr appointment. I always like to go in with a plan, yes, I follow theirs, but it lets me feel a bit involved!

i am οff tο the new dοctοr. the test i was telling yοu abοut is "HUHNERS TEST" and it shοws cοmpatibility between sperm and cm amοng οther things.

i dοesn t matter if yοu have already gave birth οr gοt pregnant because cm and sperm change with age.

UPDATE

just got back. had a 16mm follie. the test showed alive and kicking sperm so we are good. I ll go back wednesday to see how big the follie is, how thick my endometrium has gotten and count my progesterone levels.

He said luteal phase and progesterone are (if that s the case) a problem that causes infertility and miscarriages but it is easily solved.

well that s about it. I feel optimistic
