3-4days early period and only lasted 4.5days..am i pregnant?

So i was expecting my period on the 19th but instead it came on the 15th,,like 3-4days earlier than expected.....only lasted 4.5days which is normally 7days in lenght.....The first 2days it was a steday light flow bleeding that much lighter than my normal period and the remaining days was just a spotting like brownish blood,curvix mucus mix with blood...i took two pregnany test after the time ofmy expected period and they both came out negative....just wondering is maybe ther is a possibility that i might be pregnant???? Please help....
