4 day post iui and severe cramps since

hello everyone i am new to this site..
after trying on my own for 7 months i decided to have and iui with clomid and a trigger....
anyway i had my iui on 7/1st and only had 1 mature follicle (19mm)
i am cramping on and off ever since and today ive been nauseated all day i know its way too early for implantation so i was wondering if its something i should worry about??

anyway a few years back i donated my eggs and used injections and had hyperstim my overies produced over 40 eggs and it hurt
but i dont get how i am having cramping like this with only one ... i usualy only cramp during af...
