complete lost and confused.... help

starting at the beginning... I had a cp 21st jan. thought I'd ovulated cd15.. but could be wrong. its now cd34, I thought af had arrived cd 29 as had spotting well not even enough for spotting really but very light red and brown.. had that again once the next day then that was it. now I feel lost.. still neg hpt and in my eyes no full on af. confused.com big time. x
