Please help me w/ charting, EPO, Vitex and Vitamin B dosage

Hello

Background: I miscarried my first child a year ago at 10.5 weeks. It was a missed miscarriage. My husband and I decided to take a break from trying, and began again in August. He travels quite a bit for work so the timing hasn't always been perfect, but I finally found out I was pregnant this past Sunday, only to find it was a chemical pregnancy on Wednesday. A doctor has referred me to a specialist, however he told me that since this was only my second miscarriage the specialist will likely tell me to just keep trying.

My question that I need help with:

I just purchased a thermometer and plan on starting to chart each morning. Is there a good tutorial or sorts that outlines how to start doing this? I swear I'm not an idiot, just new to this!

I have:
EPO 1300mg
Chaseberry 500mg
B-Complex (6 and 12) 100mg each

How much of each supplement should I be taking?

I've also read conflicting information that you should or you should not stop taking the EPO as soon as you become pregnant, especially if you've had miscarriages, because it could decrease your progesterone levels quickly and cause you to miscarry. Thoughts?

I also just purchased PreSeed and plan on using that this cycle (my doctor said there is no need to wait a cycle to try again)

And should I buy some baby asprin? What's the dosage on that?

I have friends who have miscarried who throw all kinds of information at me ... I'm trying to piece it together now!

Thank you so much for your advice and support!

Sorry to hear about your losses.

Fertilityfriend.com has a great tutorial about temping. This is only my second cycle temping but I did lots of reading last cycle so I can try to answer any questions you may have. I also started taking Vitex and EPO this cycle. (1200mgs of Vitex and 2000mgs of EPO). I read to stop taking EPO past ovulation and plan to follow that. This is my second cycle trying preseed, but I havent felt like I needed it internally since I've been taking the EPO. GL!
