TWW CD 22... Chart triphasic or 2nd ovulation??

My chart shows possible ovulation at CD 22 but i had a positive opk on CD 13?? Is this a second ovulation surge or possible triphasic?? Aarghh.....

Same thing happened in February and that ended in af

Pretty sure it's ovulation
Have sharp pains in my left ovary all day
