WEIRD CYCLES AFTER HSG TEST??

Hello! I can't find anything about this topic online, so I'm hoping to get some help here. In 2006 I had an ectopic pregnancy, in which they were able to save the tube after an emergency surgery. My husband and I started TTC in Jan 2013 and in Sept 2013 I finally got pregnant! However, i found out that I may have another ectopic. They gave me the option of methotrexate injections or "wait and see". Well, after going through the trauma in 2006, I opted for the methotrexate to end the pregnancy (plus my DH didn't want to take any chances with my health). I was very depressed. Finally, in December my HCG levels were at 0, so my fertility specialist ordered an HSG test. It was excruciating! He said my left tube was open, however my right may be blocked or I may have had a spasm and the dye wasn't flowing.
On the day I was expected to ovulate I had really bad (almost AF bad) cramping. From that day on until my next period I had cramping, nausea, breasts were swelling every day (just like when i was pregnant in Sept.), heartburn (basically, all pregnancy signs and symptoms). Well, as you saw, i got AF. I was shocked! I was soo positive that I was pregnant. So, this month, I swore not to get my hopes up, just to know that my cycle was weird b/c of the HSG somehow? So, this month, the SAME symptoms, however this time I had spotting 5-7DPO. I called the Dr. and the nurse said I may be pregnant, as this sounded like implantation bleeding. Well, I am currently 14DPO and AF is expected tomorrow. I had some very light pink spotting today and AF type cramping. So, I'm sure she'll rear her ugly head tomorrow
I'm sorry for the LONG post, i just wanted to know if anyone else has had this?? And if their cycles ever got "normal" again? Any feedback is appreciated
