medicaid/preconception appointment

let me start off by giving a little run down i had a MC in November sac measured at 10 weeks but the baby never made it past the fetal pole stage i then had to get a DnC in January because there was still tissue left over... ok now i wanted to get an appointment for preconception with a new OBGYN since i was very unhappy with the lack of care i got from my previous OBs office anywho i asked the new office if they did preconception appointment's and she said yes i asked if i can make an appointment and she said sure then asked what type of INS i have i told her medicaid and gave her the plan im on then she says ""oh well for medicaid patients u have to be PG already" ='( i say well I'm trying to get well enough to get PG i want blood work done i need my progesterone checked I'm spotting now been spotting since 2DPO and i should start af tomorrow ughhh I don't understand why i cant get any type of help I'm NOT dealing with the original OB i went to because they honestly SUCK
