Stomach pains day of BFP

I just found out I'm pregnant today at 10 dpo and all day I've had bad period like cramps. Mostly on my right side. They come and go though. I think I'm freaking myself out for no reason but because I had my appendix removed about 2 years ago I know I have a higher risk of having an ectopic pregnancy. The cramps aren't only in my right side, just mostly. Am I okay? I plan on make a dr. appointment soon, do you think they'll want me to come in right away?

Don't panic, have you made your appointment? Maybe get someone else to drive you, I'm sure the doctor can give you good advice

Congrats!!!
I got my bfp at 11dpo which was Monday. Today is when I wouldve gotten my period and I was so scared it was going to show up. So far, so good :)
I've been having af like cramping. Its mild and on & off but definitely there. I notcied it at 5-7 dpo which I'm assuming was implantation and its still noticable. I've read this is normal and I asked my office when I made dr appt (I'm not going until 10 weeks!) and they said its perfectly fine
Only be alarmed if cramping is very severe or if you see red blood.
How are feeling otherwise?
