Frer evap lines

I'm just wondering as I keep reading that if a frer is taken apart and exposed to air you get a pink Evap line but the testing window isn't actually covered by anything so air would surely be getting on the test regardless? And also these trusted tests are apparently the worst for evaps when I thought they didn't have them! Does anyone have any personal experiences with this brand?

Not sure what happens if you take them apart but I have taken a few recently and they have a white test strip line very deceiving to the eye. I'm not liking the way they show up makes you think it's positive.

I know I'm in limbo with them it's driving me
Mad I always see a line hay darkens over time I'm on cd 56 which is long for me just getting fed up now x
