Odd cramping???
In Feb I had a MC and never experienced heavy cramping, only what would feel like period cramps. However, for the last few days I've experienced very painful cramping (gerealized to one side) at night while trying to sleep. Only once during the night and only at night. But, holy cow is it uncomfortable. Has anyone else experienced this in their 4th week of pregnancy?

I had cramping exactly like this, it turned out to be a KIDNEY STONE trying to pass! Only at night, only on one side, the pain gradually increased each night for about two weeks, until one night, it brought me to my knees. The next morning I went to the doctor, he confirmed it was a kidney stone. It it your lower side?
