could really really early BFP = ectopic?????

I have had one ectopic pregnancy (fortunately miscarried on its own so tube is intact) and 3 chemical pregnancies.

I got a strong BFP at 7dpo this week, isn't 7 dpo too early? (was using OPK's so pretty sure on the ovulation date).

So worried this little bean implanted too early and is stuck in my tube, have such strong positive tests after all those weak chemicals, I'd love to be excited but can't stop worrying ... :(

Also am having pains in my left side, but have a history of big corpus luteum cysts there, so really a mess stressing, appreciate any stories anyone has?

(Also on first month of progesterone)
