Red watery bleeding @ 6wks using crinone
SORRY IF ALL OF THIS IS TMI!!
I had some brown spotting last weekend which subsided by mid week(Wednesday), I started on crinone 4% on Tuesday (the day before spotting stopped). Starting having discharge of the old crinone on Thursday night and today I had a rush of watery red bleeding with a ton of old crinone. Overall amount of blood wasn't enough to fill a panty liner. My doc says to D/C crinone and rest. I've read that crinone can cause cervical irritation therefore bleeding but I just want to know if anyone has any advice or if they have been in a similar situation where everything worked out fine for mom and baby.

I used crinone with my son and had horrible bleeding for several weeks of my first trimester. I went to the ER a few times for sure I had miscarried. Clots and everything. He's 8 now.
Are they going to switch medications? I'd be concerned about your progesterone dropping with no support. With my current doctor Im using progesterone suppositories. You don't get that gross crinone discharge. I have spotted light red blood once with this pregnancy once so far.
