back pain at 4wks pregnant

I'm 4 weeks pregnant and i'm having lower back pain goes down to my hips and legs. It feels good when I move around but starts to feel uncomfortable while sitting. It's like a dull ache in my lower back. And I'm not sure if this is normal? I have no bleeding or anything like that just this dull ache.

Any knowledge about this would be appreciated!

I have this too since 4 weeks, and still have it at 6 weeks. My doctor told me it's normal from ligaments starting to stretch out. She also said she considered those "pains" normal unless they hurt so bad you have to catch your breath. Hope that helps!

I had it from 4-5 weeks everyday (this is usually a symptom i get when AF is coming) made me really nervous but has since went away. I'm six weeks today but the nausea has kicked in and the bb soreness is killer! lol
