Help!!!!

I got a positive pregnancy test, and. I'm 13 dpo and I have light red bleeding. With cramps, this isn't how much I bleed beginning of my period, it's usually dark red with clots. This is just lighter. My liner hasn't really been touched. Should I be worried

It's turning to a brownish color and light still. Still have a liner on just in case, but I'm hoping, my fiancÃ©e told me to rest don't strain myself just incase. So hopefully it ends like tonight
