Early pregnancy symptoms with baby #2

This is my second pregnancy, I am only 4weeks 5days, so it is pretty early. Any one experience a lot of bloating this early and peeing so frequent? I also have no appetite. I didn't experience anything like this this early with first. I know all pregnancies are different. So just wondering if it is normal to have symptoms this early. Thank you! :)
