Hello, CyndiBirney! From all that I have read, it is entirely possible for HPTs taken before the day of your missed period to give false negatives and some even after AF was supposed to have arrived. Each woman, each pregnancy, each test sensitivity level can give false reads. Keep hoping until your body gives you reason to do otherwise!
