Ive been having this happen too. Usually because I'm too warm. I've started sleeping with my blanket not covering me completely.

That happened to me, too. Turns out either I was too warm, I had to pee or I needed to eat some crackers to decrease nausea...or all 3! Lol. Oh, forgot, sometimes I also may have had to drink some water. Now, I just do all of these things including sleeping with fewer clothes on and lowered the temperature in the house to 70 degrees. If I've done all of these things & still can't sleep I listen to meditation songs on YouTube (& plug my phone in b/c it will drain the battery). HTH!

Same for me in the first trimester.. Sometimes up every hour to pee or needed some crackers because the nasuesea was getting to me even in my sleep.. Now up to pee but sleeping great 23 weeks and counting!

I've been experiencing the same thing. Usually because I have to pee or I am too hot. But I have a hard time falling asleep again so I tend to read for a bit until I doze off.

I am only 7dpo, but this happened to me last night. I found it very odd. I woke up, temped, got up to get in the shower and realized it was NOT 6:15am. It was 3:25am!!! Hoping that's a good sign for me! :)
