prayers needed

I ladies. After trying conceive for over 3 yrs and 4 failed iuis and 1 failed ivf. I have finally gotten my bfp on a digital test. However, I havr lower backache and light pink spotting. Doctor is doing a beta test tomorrow. We just did our 2nd and final ivf this cycle. Asking for all of you ladies to keep me in your prayers. Its devistating to go through this after finally seeing that bfp. I am 23 dp egg retrieval and 7 dp 5 dtransfer.
