When to try again

I miscarried twins just over a week ago. I was 10 weeks and we were heartbroken to lose them. I'm desperate to try again but unsure as to when. I know to wait until after the bleeding has completely stopped (still slightly spotting) but then what? I'm back on my vitamins, off alcohol and caffeine so making the right steps. Anyone here ever been in my shoes? Some advice would be great xx

What did your dr say? Most women are told to wait a couple of months to allow the body to heal and stores to replenish. However I know at least 2 people who had MCs and then went on to fall pregnant the very next month and have healthy children!
