So very confused. Please help

Early March I took several tests and had inconclusive results. Some negative, some very faint positives. Got my period a few days late but it only lasted 3 days. Been queasy, gained about 3 pounds (which never happens), bloated in my belly. I just got another period but again only lasted 3 days. My normal is 7 days. I've had pretty regular periods for years.

Will probably test again today once I get to the store. I would be 7 weeks along. Shouldn't I get a strong positive? Any input is appreciated.

You might want to make an appointment with your doctor. It might be a pregnancy.

I didn't test till I was 6 weeks pregnant with my first, I didn't need to I already knew, but when I did it was super dark. So it should show!
Sometimes our cycles change too, so it could have been AF too, just different.
