Curing Endometriosis - do Vitex and Lady's Mantle help?

I am confused, the more I read about my condition, the more contradictions I see. I have purchased both Vitex and Lady's mantle in a hope they would help me eradicate endometriosis, but after doing some additional research, it seems that some sources do not recommend these supplements for potential danger of tilting the hormonal levels in the wrong direction (rather then harmonizing them) and therefore making endometriosis worse.
Please, any advice on the topic will be very appreciated!

I also have struggled with endo and cysts. I have had 2 laps since i was 16 to help get rid of it. The only thing that helped me was birth control. Now that i am off of it and ttc i do not notice my endo as much because i am such a POAS addict! haha! but i wouldn't recommend trying home remedies except a heating pad!
