HCG numbers WAY more then doubled????

I had my HCG blood test done last thursday evening they came back positive but very low 11.3 (i was 11dpo) they ordered a second test for this morning (17dpo) and my numbers were 498....That is 4 times higher then they were looking for. Said anything over 100 meant my levels were on track and doubling as needed...they said that is good and healthy but could be a hint there is more then one lil one in there???? Im freaking out....dont have an ultrasound to check for two weeks....Anyone else have there numbers jump 3.5 times and just be one???
