this mornings opk was darker than yesterday mornings opk... this afternoon i took another test and it is almost a positive.. the test line is just a tad lighter than the control line.. So I just know that o day is around the corner. I will be so relieved after ovulation is confirmed. I'm so tired of trying to get the timing right with bd.

@bookgirl87 - I'm so glad the specialist was able to figure out what was going on with your DH and that he'll be able to make a full recovery. I'll be following!

@Querdoodle It's always so tempting to test early! Deep breath and that we you test Saturday morning that your shows up!

@trickyfoxster710 My DH has denied me another puppy (we have to dogs already) for the past year and a half! Sending your way that everything works out.

@kelley828 I'm excited to see which day you'll O! It's always a sign of relief once you can SEE that it's a positive OPK.

My OPK's are still really light right now. So I'm hoping they darken up over the weekend!

Hi Ladies,

I have been following this board but haven't wriiten anything yet. I am on CD13 but that doesn't matter since I am out this month. For those of you who don't know me...DH and I have been TTC for 26 LONG cycles. We have sadly had 2 mc's, 2 IUI's and hopefully our 3rd will be next cycle if the BCP's clear up my cyst that apparently carried over from the previous cycle. I am assuming when they say that it means it's an egg that didn't drop? Do I have that right?

Anyways, the doc has me on 3 weeks of BCP's and I go back in on Monday May 4th to see if it worked. I hate BCP's...they make me cranky, tired and crampy. It has put me in a funk that I can't seem to dig myself out of.

Margie_M: Hey girl! Been thinking of you! How are you doing? At least they told you you only had to wait 1 full cycle. For me it was 2 AF's. Or were they saying to you one full cycle after your first period after mc? Which would make it 2 AF's? If you followed that, I'm impressed? LOL! Maybe we will be cycle buddies again next month.

kelley828: I have never been able to follow those types of OPK's. That's why I use the digitals...yes they are pricey but it definitely eliminates any confusion.

Holly860: Good luck to you this month! I understand the frustration all too well.

bookgirl87: I'm glad your DH doesn't need surgery. I know when my DH heard that was a possibility...lol...his expression was classic, he made me think of a cartoon character where their eyes bulge out of their heads...he was definitely freaked out. I hope the meds help and everything clears up. Hopefully we will both be back in the game next cycle.

to all the ladies here testing and catching the egg! Congrats to any BFP's and to those who got I will hopefully see you in the next cycle...that is if this cyst is cleared up.

Lolo - I'm doing ok. I was a bit of a mess last week but I'm feeling better now. I was told that I had to get my regular period before we could try again, so it's only one cycle thank goodness. I think at this point I would go crazy if I had to wait two months. I'll be excited if we end up being cycle buddies again.

kelley - I know what you mean about hating the timing. I use the digital opks. I just find them easier to deal with than the other ones. I hope you O soon.

bookgirl - I'm glad your DH's situation isn't as bad as you first thought. I hope that the antibiotics clear everythign up and his numbers recover.

FX for everyone in the TWW, I hope it goes quickly and you get your BFPs at the end. Good luck to those people still waiting to O, I hope you catch the egg.

AFM - I'm just coasting this cycle, still temping but not worrying about it if I miss a day. Still working on getting over the chemical pregnancy, both physically and emotionally. I'm trying to relax this cycle and just enjoy being with my DH.

bookgirl I'm glad the diagnosis is not as bad as you first thought. I hope the ABs clear it up quickly and you can get back to TTC

Querdoodle it's still very early for testing! Based on Guassian distribution for the study conducted by Wilcox, et al., 24% of pregnancies implant at 8dpo, 36% at 9dpo and 24% at 10dpo! So that's a quarter of pregnant woman who won't implant till 10dpo, meaning they won't get a BFP till 13-14dpo!! I think we get so used to seeing BFPs at 8 & 9 dpo we begin to think it's normal, when it's actually crazy early and not that common!

kelley hopefully O is just around the corner and you can catch that egg!!

afmCD9 today and I'm still hoping O will wait till DF is home. But Looking at CM, I think we will miss this month :(

so how is every one doing I haven't been on for a few days so I got my positive opk on cd 15 I am pretty sure I ovulated on cd 16 we bd on cd 8 to 11 we skipped 12 and 13 and bd again from cd 14 to 17 so here's hopeing something happens this month I took clomid cd 2_6

I will be testing tomorrow morning. Hoping sooooo badly for a BFP. These last couple of weeks have been long and insufferable. Tomorrow is still 3 days early to test, but FRER does claim 96% accuracy at 3 days early.
Is anyone else close to testing?

CD 17 still my opks are negative. :( Starting to think I may never o this cycle :(
