BFP 11dpo and symptoms

Went to the DR and blood test confirmed it BFP!!!! Thank you ladys who helped me stay positive this month by 9dpo I thought for sure I was out. Goes to show you never know based off symptoms. For anyone still under going the TWW here is a quick run down of my symptoms and experiance.
1dpo- confirmed O with BBT
2dpo-nothing
3dpo-nothing
4dpo-a tiny tiny amount of pink/red tinge when i wiped
5dpo- cramping, lots cm
6dpo- BBT dip, tired, lots cm
7dpo-very gassy, crazy dreams, tired, lots cm, high cervix
8dpo-very gassy, runny nose, tired, crampy, lots cm, high
cervix
9dpo- still gassy, runny nose, sore boobs, cervix so high i
cant reach
it anymore, feel out this month, BFN
10dpo-gas, very sore boobs, cervix has become down to
medium position, think i see a faint line, but feel like
AF is coming, very down
11dpo-VERY faint BFP, BBT still high, VERY sore boobs,
cramping, very thirsty. thinking for sure its AF on
her way...had blood test done...BPF
12dpo (today)- all over the place, still in shock, excited,
scared, BBT still high, sore boobs, sooooo thirsty
still a little crampy on my left side, going in monday
for another blood test.
