OPKs and supplementing
First of all
to all TTC this cycle...
I'm using the opks this month and im not sure what cycle day to start using them?
Also i' taking some supplements and a friend of mine TTC#2 as well said i may be taking too much.
Evening primrose oil ONLY until confirmed ovulation
baby aspirin
folic acid
B6
mucinex
progesterone cream after confirmed ovulation
DH is taking a male fertility blend
We plan on using preseed and BD
every other day 
Does this sound good or are we doing too much? I'm on cycle day 7 as of now and today was a neg opk
What day should i start using my opk strips? according to this site my ovulation ahouls be around july 1st.
